Monitoring health and safety regulations and requirements to ensure compliance;
Developing EHS programs, training and objectives;
Providing technical support to office and plant personnel, and periodic audits to ensure compliance;
Coordinating training programs;
Preparing safety reports for local, state and federal agencies as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting;
Knowledge of safety regulations or has a safety background;
Knowledge of DOT compliance;
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
